At Mucky Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return policy for domestic orders only, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when it was received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items purchased on sale or through promotions are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Returns are only accepted for domestic orders within India.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please ensure that the item is packed securely for return to avoid damage during transit.

We recommend using a reliable courier service that provides tracking information for your return shipment.


4. Inspection and Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Sale or promotional items.
  • Gift cards or similar non-returnable products.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

 

7. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is processed, refunds will typically be issued within 7-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that the refund will be issued for the item price only and not for the original shipping charges.


8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item and either issue a replacement or a full refund.
