Exchange Policy – Domestic Orders Only
We know that sometimes things don’t work out, but we’ve got rules. Follow them, and we’ll take care of you. Don’t, and well, don’t expect a favor.
1.The Rules (And Yes, They’re Strict): Domestic Orders Only: This exchange policy is strictly form India orders. International orders? Not covered.
2.Time’s Up: You have 2 DAYS (yes, two) from when you receive your order to request an exchange. No exceptions. If you miss this, we don’t accept exchanges. Period.
3.Condition is EVERYTHING: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached. If you’ve worn it, washed it, or damaged it in any way, we won’t accept it. You’re stuck with it.
4.Size Only: We ONLY exchange for a different size of the same item. Want a different style or color? That’s on you to reorder.
5.No Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for exchange. Final sale means final sale.
6.You Pay for Return Shipping: You cover the return shipping costs. We won’t foot the bill for your buyer’s remorse.
7.Proof Required: You MUST provide your order number and the reason for exchange. We’ll verify it and proceed. If you fail to provide the correct details, don’t expect any response.
How to Exchange?
Step 1: Contact us at [Email/Phone] within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item you want to exchange.
Step 2: Ship it back to us within 2 days. Use a trackable method to ensure it’s safely returned.
Step 3: Once we get the item in proper condition, we’ll process the exchange. We won’t wait around forever, so don’t delay.
Important: If you don’t meet the 2-day window or follow these rules, we will not honor your exchange. Simple as that. No exceptions, no negotiations. We mean business.
